Scope of work
We carry out complete installation work for production lines.
We prefabricate electrical cabinets (PSC sets) and install, relocate and upgrade process, bottling, packaging and production lines, covering electrical, mechanical and process piping work. We handle the full scope, from prefabrication through installation to loop checks, I/O tests and a complete set of test reports.

Industrial mechanicsWe install tanks and process equipment in running plants: positioning, levelling and connecting them to utilities. Industrial mechanics is currently one of the company's main areas of growth.
Electrical cabinet prefabricationWe assemble and fit out power and control cabinets in our own workshop before they go to site.
Testing and diagnosticsAcceptance and periodic tests are carried out by our testing technicians with SEP certificates (Polish electrical qualification certificates).
MaintenanceWe service electrical and mechanical installations on site and plan the work so the line keeps running.
WeldingWe weld structures, supports and process pipework, in our workshop and on site.
PipeworkWe install process piping and utilities: we route, install and weld them and prepare them for commissioning.
Line relocationsWe move production lines to a new hall or to another country and start them up there.
Installation subcontractor
For machine builders and general contractors.
Elektrik-Star works as an installation subcontractor on the client's site and at the plants where machine builders deliver their lines. We carry out electrical and mechanical installations within the scope set by the general contractor.
