Scope of work
We handle the electrics from the first cable route to start-up.
We specialise in industrial electrical work: cable routes, power supply and wiring for machines, cabinets and switchgear, and testing before start-up. We work in food plants, breweries and pharmaceutical plants, often next to a running line. Our crews have carried out this work in every part of the world.
- 01Cable routesWe install trays, ladders and baskets, including stainless steel.
- 02Machine power and wiringWe lay and connect cables to conveyors, palletisers, robots, pumps and valve terminals, mostly on low-voltage installations.
- 03Cabinets and switchgearWe position cabinets in switch rooms and make the connections inside them.
- 04Testing and start-upWe finish with acceptance tests and start the installation up together with the plant team.
Cable routing
Tidy cable routes, metre by metre.
We run cables in parallel, sort them by function and tie them at fixed intervals, on trays, ladders and stainless steel baskets.

- Stage 03InstallationWe install trays, ladders and baskets, including stainless steel, lay cables by function and connect machines, cabinets, sensors and Siemens and Allen-Bradley controllers. We do not do PLC programming.Result of the stage: Connected installation
- Stage 04TestingOur test team checks the installation connections against the documentation, along with cable connections, device parameters and settings. We run tests, I/O checks and loop checks.Result of the stage: Full set of test reports
