Duties
Crew, schedule and quality.
A foreman coordinates the team and solves day-to-day technical and organisational problems, and is responsible for deadlines, budget and project goals.
- Coordinating the electrician crew
- Keeping the works schedule
- Quality control and compliance with technical documentation
- Electrical installations in industrial plants
- Cable routes, connecting control cabinets and machines
Requirements
Experience leading people.
English or German and experience in managing a team are mandatory.
Team leadership
Experience in managing people. Required.
Licences and know-how
Electrical or power engineering licence, knowledge of power or industrial installations, reading wiring diagrams. UDT for mobile platforms is a plus.
Organisation
Driving licence category B, MS Office, relevant education, accuracy and reliability.
