The path
An electrician starts with an electrical licence, an industrial fitter with a UDT certificate. Both learn on sites in Poland and abroad.
Every project adds practice with documentation, diagrams and assembly drawings. The company helps employees gain further certificates.
A foreman has experience working with people, speaks English or German and holds a category B driving licence.

Foreman
The foreman manages the crew on site and keeps the schedule, budget and quality of work on track. He is the one who solves technical and organisational problems as they come up.
For this role the company provides a company car, phone and laptop, and the foreman's pay includes a performance bonus.
The team
Some of our crew have been in the trade for 20 to 30 years. New people join crews where that experience is right there on site.
