We agree the schedule with the plant's maintenance and production teams and split it into stages with fixed dates. We book people and equipment in advance and report progress as we go, so the completion date does not slip.

Rule 02
Safe work next to production.
Every one of our workers completes job-specific training and the site induction. We work under permits, in marked-off zones, and lock out and tag every isolated energy source. That lets us work alongside production without unplanned downtime.

We stay after handover.
Once the project is finished, we can keep maintaining the installation we built ourselves.
