01 02 Contract
We sign an employment contract, a B2B agreement or a contract of mandate with the selected people.
03 First site
A new employee joins a crew with a foreman. The company provides transport to site, accommodation, workwear and tools.
Requirements
Who we are looking for in our crews.
In every position what counts is certificates, site experience and knowledge of safety rules.
Electrician
A valid electrical or power engineering licence and a relevant education or experience in the industry. UDT, a category B driving licence and English or German are an advantage.
Industrial fitter
A UDT certificate for mobile elevating work platforms, experience in a similar position and a category B driving licence. Practice in metalwork and working at height is useful.
Welder
Current welding certificates and at least one year of welding industrial pipework. Experience with pharmaceutical pipework is an advantage.
Foreman
Experience leading a team, English or German, a category B driving licence and electrical or UDT certificates, depending on the crew.
