We position and connect equipment in running plants.
Industrial mechanics covers transporting and positioning equipment, levelling and anchoring, connecting utilities and welding on site. We install tanks and process equipment in operating plants, including Okocim Brewery in Brzesko. Our own crews handle mechanics, welding and electrics, and industrial mechanics is currently one of our main areas of growth.
01Transport and positioningWe bring tanks and equipment into place and set them on foundations or structures.
02Levelling and anchoringWe level and fix the equipment to the manufacturer's documentation.
03Utility connectionsWe connect pipework, compressed air and other process utilities.
04Welding on siteJoints are welded by our own welders from the same crew.

- Stage 02Quote and scheduleWe price the work and plan it around the plant's operation.
- Stage 03Transport and positioningWe bring tanks and equipment into place and set them on foundations or structures.
- Stage 04Levelling and anchoringWe level, align and fix the equipment to the manufacturer's documentation.
- Stage 05Utility connectionsWe connect pipework, compressed air and other process utilities.
- Stage 06Trials and handoverWe check tightness and operation and hand over reports and documentation.

ISO 9001Our system covers the installation of industrial machinery, equipment and fittings. EquipmentWe operate mobile platforms, forklifts and overhead cranes. Own crewsWe handle mechanical, welding and electrical work with our own crews for each trade.
