Vocational training
Electricians, industrial fitters and foremen take part in vocational training.
Development
Electricians, industrial fitters and foremen take part in vocational training.
The company gives employees the chance to gain further certificates, which open the way to new tasks on site.
Every employee, man or woman, has access to industry training on the same terms.

SEP and UDT
In electrical positions we work with electrical or power engineering licences, for example SEP for operation up to 1 kV. They are the basis for installations in plants, connecting control cabinets and getting machines ready for power.
UDT certificates for mobile elevating work platforms are needed by industrial fitters who work at height. For electricians they are a big plus.

Welding
Our welders work with current welding certificates. They manually TIG weld stainless and carbon steel pipes, tanks and structures.
On production lines in the food industry they join pipework, pumps, valves and skids, then check the quality of the welds and their compliance with the standards.
Skills
Wiring diagrams, technical and assembly drawings, isometric drawings. On site they are part of everyday work.
On sites abroad English or German comes in handy, and for foremen it is a requirement.
Fitters work with pneumatics, controls and sensors, and then test the finished machines.
