Dividing the work
The foreman coordinates the team and supervises the installation. He also works on the installation himself.
The crew
The foreman works on site alongside the fitters. He assigns tasks, keeps track of deadlines and solves technical and organisational problems as they come up.
The foreman coordinates the team and supervises the installation. He also works on the installation himself.
He keeps the work schedule on track so that each stage follows the last without downtime.
He checks the completed work and its compliance with the technical documentation.
Every project has designated staff responsible for communication with the client in English or German.

Documentation
Every installation is built from technical documentation. Electricians work with wiring diagrams, industrial fitters with technical drawings and assembly diagrams, and welders with isometric drawings.
The foreman checks that the installation matches the documentation, and the welders check that the welds meet the standards.

Projects
Most of our positions involve mobile work on sites in Poland and other European Union countries. The company provides transport to site in its own vehicles and accommodation for projects in Poland and abroad.
Employees receive workwear and professional tools from the company, so they arrive on site fully equipped.
Safety
We carry out the work in line with the technical documentation and safety regulations, including in plants that are still running.
Electricians work with electrical or power engineering licences, and industrial fitters with UDT certificates for mobile elevating work platforms.
Employees look after the condition of the tools and equipment they use during installation.
