How it works
How we work, from site visit to service.
We run every job in the same six stages.
- Stage 01Scope and site visit
If the client requires a site visit, we arrange it based on the scope of work we receive and agree how to work while the plant is producing.
Result of the stage: An agreed scope of work
- Stage 02Quote and schedule
We quote a fixed price or an hourly rate. We draw up the schedule after the site visit and stick to it until the end.
Result of the stage: Offer and schedule
- Stage 03Preparation
We prepare materials, cabinets and components in our own workshop before we arrive on site. That keeps the work on site shorter.
Result of the stage: Materials ready to install
- Stage 04Installation on site
Our own crews do the work. We fit each stage into the production plan, including weekends and shutdowns.
Result of the stage: The installation built
- Stage 05Testing and commissioning
Our certified technicians carry out acceptance tests and commission the installation.
Result of the stage: Test reports
- Stage 06Handover and service
On the day of acceptance we hand over the full set of documents. After that we can take over maintenance of the installation.
