At the Bionorica pharmaceutical plant in Neumarkt, the electrical systems in the production area were installed. Cable routes were run under the ceiling, between stainless steel pipework, above the process equipment and along the walls.
Many cables were laid on the main routes in straight, colour-separated bundles fixed along their full length. Where the routes drop to the equipment, the cables were led in curves around the pipework, without crossing bundles.
Vertical route sections were installed at walls and ceiling penetrations, and mesh trays were run above the valve groups. Prefabricated switchboards were also supplied for the plant.
Orderly routes make later service and extensions easier.
