How it went
From an empty hall to a running line.
01New hall
Work began in a newly built hall, when only the first platforms, stairs and conveyor parts stood on the floor.
02Cable routes
Cable routes were run along the roof structure and the platforms, above the conveyors and line machines.
03Cabinets on the platforms
A long row of power and control cabinets was set up on the platform above the line. The cabinets were connected and their internal cabling laid and terminated.
04Line machines
Power and cabling were brought to the line machines: conveyors, palletisers and robots.
05Testing and commissioning
Finally, testing was carried out and the plant team was supported during line commissioning.
